My approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to understand what you’re experiencing, how it affects your life, and what you hope to improve. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, or both. I want you to feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and involved in your care. My communication style My communication style is warm, open, and straightforward. I want you to feel comfortable sharing what you’re going through without feeling judged or rushed. I’ll listen, explain your treatment options in a way that makes sense, answer your questions, and make sure you have a voice in the decisions we make about your care. My journey to mental healthcare My journey began as a registered nurse, where caring for people during difficult moments showed me how mental health affects every part of life. I became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because I wanted to do more than treat symptoms. I wanted to listen, understand the whole person, and help people feel better and move forward. My goals for you I help you turn what you want to improve into clear, realistic treatment goals. We’ll regularly check in on what’s working, what isn’t, and how you’re feeling along the way.
