In my personal case, I have since relocated from my former psychiatrist and it has been difficult to find a provider to refill my much needed prescription for me. I am thrilled that I came across her, as she was able to do so, and efficiently, too. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a new mental health physician if they're worried about who they might be comfortable with speaking to. If you want a provider that doesn't seem interested in your wellbeing, is not friendly, sends your medication to the wrong pharmacy even after confirming the correct one with you, and only cares about your payment, this is the provider for you. If you want any sort of connection with your provider or a call that lasts longer than 2 minutes, please go somewhere else. I've seen this provider for a while and have been increasingly unhappy with her bedside manner. I think it was the sending of my medication to the wrong pharmacy, despite me telling her it was the wrong one and then her asking if she should delete it from my profile, that finally convinced me I need a new provider.

Awful provider. I have been seeing her for the last year if not more and the last 4 months have been awful. She has not sent in my prescriptions, not answered my messages, and has caused me to be out of my prescriptions many of times. However when I called her to explain the situation of her sending in the wrong prescription for the 3rd time after my appointment, I was hung up on by her, no apology made, nothing but rudeness and to be hung up on and dismissed. Not a mental health provider I would ever recommend. All she wants is the insurance payment and that has been made very clear.
