I don’t really want to give her such a bad review, but she never showed up to our appointment. Never got an email or a text that she wasn’t going to be there, so that’s the only reason I am. When I showed up to the office, they said she isn’t even here today. I ended up having to wait about 30 more minutes to be seen by someone else. Everyone else in the office was nice and accommodating. ?

the provider i saw was great, i thoroughly enjoyed seeing her. the office staff just sit and gossip the entire time, don’t let you know why your appointment is taking a while, don’t update you, no manners. i really don’t want to know about how one of the medical assistants dates went last night. very unprofessional and entirely too loud that everyone in the office can hear her conversation.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely body shamed me, shamed me for past surgical experiences relating sensitive material, also didn’t even ask in depth questions until I personally brought them up, in which she minimized them. The nurse/receptionist was incredibly disrespectful and judgmental. I immediately felt unwelcome, and I wish I caught her name. I left feeling insecure, disrespected, and unheard. It was such an unsuccessful appointment, didn’t even reach the goal of the initial visit, and I wasted 50 minutes getting there and then 50 more minutes back for a 10 minute appointment that left me with more questions than answers. I now need to take more work off to find a better place. Waste of time and energy. I am truly appalled that they haven’t had more negative reviews or are still in practice in the first place.

I book the appointment for snoring ad that was one of the services offered
When I when she offer me a physical which is not what I when in for. When they called me to confirm the appointment they confirmed the appointment was for snoring, and to get there and be told they don’t specialize on that was extremely inconvenient
