I’m Chique Henderson, I’m an integrative psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who believes that healing happens when people feel truly heard, supported, and understood. I work with adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or alone and are ready, even if uncertain, to begin healing and find their way back to themselves.You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’re carrying something no one else truly understands. You may even wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. If you’re tired of pushing through each day just to get by, I can help you reclaim your peace.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide personalized care that looks beyond symptoms to understand your full story. My approach combines medication management, therapy, and holistic strategies. I focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, working collaboratively to create a plan that fits your needs and values. You don’t need to do this alone.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Working with me is warm, conversational, and never rushed. I take time to truly listen and adjust care as you grow. It will never feel like just another appointment. I offer telehealth services and coordinate with your care when needed. If you’re ready to feel supported and understood, I invite you to get in touch.

I had a wonderful experience working with Chique! She is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and truly passionate about the care she provides. From the very first visit, it was clear that she takes the time to listen to her patients rather than offering a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
