Dietitian
IL
Hi! I'm Chloe. My interest in becoming a dietitian stemmed from my love for baking, cooking, and, of course, eating. I enjoy motivating others to make realistic lifestyle changes while maintaining a healthy relationship with food. It's rewarding to build long-term relationships with clients and have the time to support their progress and celebrate their successes. I completed my Bachelor's in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, followed by an Internship in Dietetics at Ingalls Memorial Hospital. With unlimited information at our fingertips, it can be confusing and intimidating to determine what information to trust. I believe evidence-based nutrition counseling should be accessible, convenient, and straightforward—especially for those who are pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, struggling with fertility, or have PCOS. Balanced nutrition is critical during the prenatal and postpartum stages and, unfortunately, there is little opportunity for nutrition counseling. My approach to nutrition counseling is individualized and based on your unique needs and goals. I understand that your time is valuable, which is why my services are conducted virtually. No need to stress about commuting or finding childcare when sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home! I'd be thrilled to set up a discovery call to meet you and discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals. - Chloe
