Dr. Chloe was extremely pompous and stuck up. She was like a robot who had no feelings and a blank starein her eyes. The office is strange with a bunch of other robot-like people working there. She was judgmental of my breakup situation, and made me feel like the way I was feeling was my fault. She then spent at least 15 mins of her COSTLY first visit talking about how I was going to be able to afford this therapy and how "my parents must be helping me". I reminded her that I make good money at my job, and that I was paying for it myself. By the end, I felt strangely offended and like nothing had been accomplished. This being my first time in therapy, I was extremely discouraged.

I loved our visit! The office is great. The staff is friendly. My only complaint would be follow up. I didn't know the plan for the future, like when I should book the next apt etc.

Dr. Chloe was very professional and wonderful! She listened to me before giving feedback. She was direct in her approach, while being empathetic and at the same time non-judgemental. Very comfortable talking to her. Came away from the sessionfeeling much better than when I went in. Dr. Chloe's office staff were so helpful. Kathryn helped with scheduling and found a time that fits with my schedule, while Davia was very knowledgable, and informed me of my insurance benefits in terms that even I could understand. Sarah the office manager answered all my questions as to what to expect! It was a very pleasant experience. Definite A++++ in my book.

From the first visit, Chloe makes you feel right at home. She doesn’t just listen and nod her head--she offers helpful feedback and asks questions that really make you explore your behaviors. I also really enjoy the exercises/"homework" shesuggests. Recently, I had to speak at a work conference and usually get very anxious about public speaking, but after discussing my worries with Chloe and going through some helpful visualization exercises, I got up to the podium and had zero nervousness.

Very professional, easy to talk to. I had never been to a psychologist before so I was a little shy, but Dr. Carmichael really helped me through and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely go back.

I work in Finance, so I have been under a lot of pressure lately. Doctor C was really sweet and understanding--I actually cried, which I haven't done in a year. She also gave me good feedback and helped me to putall the stress in my life in perspective so I can begin to feel like I can relax and enjoy life again!
