Psychologist

I'm a psychologist who works with adults, adolescents, children, and couples on the full range of things that bring people to therapy. For adults, that can often mean anxiety, depression, relationships, major life changes, identity, and the harder-to-name feeling that something just isn't working. I have deep, specialized training in neurodiversity-affirming care and work extensively with autistic individuals, people with ADHD, and those with other neurodivergent profiles across all ages. I am an AANE certified couples therapist, and I stay closely engaged with the evolving clinical and research landscape in this area. Whether you're navigating a recent diagnosis, burnout, masking, relationship challenges, or simply want a therapist who does not try to make you fit a mold, this is a space where your way of being is understood and respected. I work with couples navigating conflict, communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, and major transitions. I am a certified neurodiverse couples therapist trained through AANE, with particular experience supporting partnerships where neurodivergence, in one or both partners, shapes how the relationship flows. I also work with couples who don't identify with neurodiversity at all. In all couples work, I bring directness, warmth, and a commitment to helping partners genuinely understand each other. I work with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, social challenges, school stress, and adjustment difficulties. I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers throughout, and I bring the same engaged, curious approach I use with adults, adapted to where a young person actually is. Many of my younger clients are neurodivergent, though I work with a wide range of kids and families. I conduct comprehensive evaluations for adults, adolescents, and children, often to clarify a diagnosis, inform treatment, or for accommodations. Findings are communicated clearly, collaboratively, and with real attention to w
