About Dr. Chris Cueto
Dr. Cueto graduated from New York Chiropractic College with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic in 2008 earning top honors in Diagnostic Imaging, Adjusting Technique for the Spine and Extremities, Service, Education as well as the Student of the Year in 2007. Dr. Cueto Specifically practices the Gonstead System of Chiropractic adjusting to address any spinal and extremity dysfunctions as well as the FAKTR Technique to address soft tissue and muscular conditions. He also specializes in specific Corrective and Rehabilitative Exercises. He received his Board Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician from the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians in 2011 that specializes in treating athletes and sports injuries.

Really appreciated the quality care I received during my first visit! Both doctors, Chris and Dave, were very professional and did a thorough diagnosis to figure out the root cause of what was causing the pains in my left hip and upper back. They both made me feel very comfortable. Since the office manager were not in the office at the time of my visit, Dr. Chris explained to me about my insurance since it was my first visit. Truly recommend!

This is what quality service looks like. The team was thorough, kind, and made me feel comfortable. The office manager and staff are so sweet and even sat and taught me about my insurance since it was my first visit. It’s clear they put their patients first and I wish all NYC docs were like this!

I didn't get a real sense of professionalism from this office and the payment options seemed like they were trying to sell to me rather than focus on the real reason I came in, to have a chiropractic adjustment. Instead I was told I would be coming in multiple times a week for 7 weeks which I thought was absurd for something so minor.

As a first time chiropractic patient, I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Chris elaborately explained everything about my chronic shoulder pain and he made sure I understood the mechanics of the cause. At the end of the first appointment, the office manager sat with me one-on-one to explain in detail my insurance plan & coverage, which I thought was extremely helpful. The front desk is also really good about cancellations/rescheduling as long as you give them advanced notice. I've been going to Herald Sq. Chiropractic for 2 months now and the entire staff makes me feel at home with every visit. It's strange to say, but I really do enjoy my visits and even look forward to them. I also think it's worth mentioning that I've never written a review before but decided to write this one because the people at Herald Sq. Chiropractic are such good people that I want to cheer 'em on and see them grow.

I've been to enough chiropractors to know Dr. Chris is the real deal. He actually cares about making you better and he backs everything he says up with actual proof. His office staff is incredibly nice and informative - they let you know upfront about what you won't and will be charged for and it's completely transparent. Highly highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! I had given up on finding a good chiropractor who could fix my back but these guys are doing a wonderful job. First of all, the staff is super friendly and professional. I felt at ease right away and was never rushed. They took me in right away. Greg did a full evaluation and was very thorough. He took the time to listen to me and came up with a comprehensive plan for me. After 2 sessions with him, I already feel so much better. You guys rock!

He was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Adjusted only after pinpointing the problem areas by looking at X-rays and his scope tool. Also, told me to come on an as-needed basis, didn't try to suck appointments out of my insurance. Will definitely return to him.

Dr. Cueto explains everything very thoroughly and straight to the point. The office staff is also very friendly and asks all the right questions to prepare for your examination. This was my first visit and Dr. Cueto was very patient although he had a lot of other patients. He was able to juggle between everyone seamlessly. The whole first visit took 2 hrs because he was careful to review where the pain was coming from and make sure that I left with less pain than I came in with. When I walked in, I couldn't even move my head. By the time I left, after some electric stimulation, stretch exercises and some minor adjustments, I was feeling much more comfortable. I definitely trust him with any back pain problems from now on!

The whole staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Chris answered every question I asked along with explaining in detail what was happening with knee and the plan to make it better. It's hard to look for doctor who knows what they are talkin about and genuinely cares to make the patient better. I will recommend everyone here!

Chris only assisted me a short part of the time, and we were not able to have very clear discussions about creating a plan of action (it was much more him speaking to me directly without my input). Several times I had to return to a waiting room and wait additional time. During one treatment, nobody was nearby and I was unable to ask if pain was normal when it occurred.

Met with Dr Greg for my initial visit. He was very thorough, asking a lot of questions and answering mine. Did not feel rushed at all. Briefly met Dr. Chris who will be working with me morr in future visits. Office manager Tess was also nice, explaining insurance matters with patience.

I don't regret making an appointment and getting treated by Dr. Cueto. He took his time to hear me out and understand what was going on with me. Not only is he a doctor but also an educator. He explained to me my treatment and how it works and why would it benefit me for my progress. I was also seen by Dr. Greg, another chiropractor, and he is also great! The two doctors in the office are amazing.
The staff is really good. They have a very flexible schedule and tried to accommodate me to the best they can. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. As soon as you step in the office, you get a nice greeting. The wait time wasn't even that bad. Just like any other doctor's office, expect to wait for a bit. I've even waited for more than 30 mins at a different office. But in this office I was seen in a matter of few minutes.
This office is highly recommended!

I've been suffering a chronic hip pain for several years, but this was the first time I ever felt like I got an accurate diagnosis. Instead of jumping into treatment simply based on my description of the pain, the dr and staff were extremely thorough in trying to figure out the real cause of my pain. Also, from the receptionist to the doctors, such a happy group of people. I'm happy to go back and I'd recommend this office to anyone.

I heard of Dr. Chris Cueto from my company health fair. I came in for a consultation and found that Dr. Chris is very knowledge, welcoming, friendly, and very approachable. He was able to put my mind at ease about chiropractice. I have been I have been visiting Dr. Chris for about 4 months and found that my overall health has improve. I am able to run better, faster, and farther. I am recommending Dr. Chris to all of my friends and co-workers.

Phenomenal, right from the bat Dr. Cueto & staff understood exactly what I needed, it's been a process but from day 1 I have seen massive improvements from not being able to run, I'm up from 10 minutes to 20, so it's great improvement.

He was very kind and welcoming, the staff was great and got all of my paperwork done in record time so I spent barely 10 minutes in the waiting room. I was in a rush so he was quick, to the point, but still very thorough and he spoke in a way that I not only understood what he was saying, but also trusted his advice and decisions. I will be returning to him for all of my chiropractic needs.
