More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Was very understanding and listened to what I had to say, while giving me feed back and information about my symptoms in a way I could understand. It felt as if I was talking to an old friend or someone I knew when having our consultation but also provided me with very intelligent information about mental helath. Chris was very easy to talk to and really listened when I spoke. He was not judgmental at all when talking about my turbulent past, addiction, and sexuality. He was extremely effective, ensuring that I had all the medicine I need and discussing each prescription. He consistently let me make all decisions about whether I wanted to keep, swap, start, or stop medications. He is also reliable and makes himself available for questions or concerns between appointments.

From the very beginning, Chris made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire video call. His positive attitude and encouraging words truly made a difference in my experience and the way I felt about myself in general. He explained my diagnosis in a way that was uplifting and not like an ailment. He never made me feel like he was talking at me, but instead, it felt like an old friend engaging in a meaningful dialogue. I am grateful to have someone on my side who not only possesses exceptional communication skills and knowledge but also has a genuine and supportive nature.
