What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is holistic and integrative, recognizing the connection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Together, we will explore the factors contributing to your concerns—including lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, and medical conditions—to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. When appropriate, treatment may include medication, psychotherapy and evidence-based lifestyle interventions to support your overall health and long-term wellness.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our work together begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms and treatment goals. From there, we will discuss the full range of treatment options and develop an individualized plan tailored to your unique needs.
