I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Long Island University Brooklyn. With over fifteen years of experience in healthcare, my scope of practice includes health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of common medical and psychiatric conditions.

She seemed fine but was not knowledgeable about the things I was wanting help with. She wasn’t comfortable given that I am a more complicated case (totally fair) and has not worked with patients involving lack of sleep, chronic pain, etc. However, she told me she would refer me to a different provider at her office and I did not receive any communication afterwards. I also clearly and thoroughly listed all my medications and dosage on my forms prior to and during the appointment, but she still asked me to find the prescription bottles while on the call and show them to her one by one, simply to obtain a refill of my antidepressant (??)which seemed very weird to me as they were all common mental health medications. Maybe it is her office’s protocol that makes her do this?

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I want to let other people know about my experience. My prescription was never called into the pharmacy and when I called to cancel the follow-up appointment, they had no record of it having been made. Christella Medozile said she'd send over a screening for a particular condition, but she never did. I've never experienced such poor administration in a medical setting.

I never met with her. I originally scheduled with someone else, who showed numerous available appointments, but after the psychiatry group sent me 5 texts and 3 emails and filled out numerous redundant forms, I get a message this morning that she was unavailable and they recommended to sub Christella and I accepted. Upon getting to my 1:00 appointment, after waiting 15 minutes, someone chats me to tell me that Christella was having internet issues and would reschedule at some future time. This was my first time setting up an appointment. It’s very difficult for many of us to ask for help for these types of issues. From the million texts and forms, to the bait and switch rescheduling to the lack of respect for the patient at all, any doctor associated with this psychiatry group should not be used. If you had a good experience I assure it was coincidence and not design.
