If you’ve been struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or mood symptoms — or managing things on your own — you’ll be heard here. I’m a board-certified psychiatric NP working with adults across Ohio and Colorado. My approach is direct, structured, and never rushed. I focus on understanding your full picture, clarifying diagnoses, and creating a practical, evidence-based plan using medication, therapy, or both. We’ll work collaboratively, monitor progress closely, and adjust as needed to get real results.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first visit is a thorough evaluation where we go beyond symptoms — we review your history, patterns, stressors, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) in the past. My goal is to clarify the diagnosis and identify what’s actually driving your symptoms. Follow-up visits are focused and structured. We track your response to treatment, adjust medications as needed, and address real-life challenges you’re dealing with. I also incorporate brief, practical therapy techniques (CBT-informed, behavioral strategies) to help with things like anxiety, focus, and emotional regulation. The process is collaborative, goal-oriented, and built around helping you function better — not just feel slightly improved.
