As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan — from children as young as 6 years old to geriatric patients.
My clinical experience includes the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other complex mental health concerns. I take a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment, recognizing that each patient’s story, culture, and lived experience matter.

Very positive, Christiana clearly expressed concern for my well being, which is the first thing I would ask of a therapist. My only unhappiness was that it seemed like I was being asked for the same information multiple times. Please intake client information to get what is needed without doubling up on request from the client (i.e., presenting the client with input forms where the same information is duplicated across multiple forms). Figure out exactly what information you need from a client and ask the client for it exactly once, then manage the information in an appropriate way.

What stood out to me what how patient she was with me as well as how understanding she was from what i was explaining. She gave me pointers that I would not have thought of, nor tried to apply to myself. I was feeling better even just talking with her for just the first visit, and I would gladly recommend her to any of my friends that may need help as well, who are willing to take the same leap that I have!
