She listened attentively, actively and asked questions that gave us insight into what was causing the anxiety, the triggers. Not only did she give a thorough understanding of the possible medications that could be used, she even addressed things that could be done physically to help with anxiety, like small changes to diet and exercise and other things that can easily be done that would help in the process of healing. She addressed all the parts of being a human. Christiana was very encouraging and informative, patient and very thorough. Never did we feel hurried. She is truly a blessing.”

In follow-up sessions, we focus on monitoring your progress, managing any side effects, and making necessary adjustments to your medication regimen. My goal is to create a respectful and open environment where you feel empowered and supported throughout your journey toward improved mental health.

Dr Chistiana is very knowledgeable and concerned about her patients. My daughter needed some help managing her medications and dr listened and asked appropriate questions to get the whole picture. I was impressed with her experience that helped us understand what was going on with my daughter. She has an office manager who returns every phone call and has the kindest manner.
