This perspective allows me to develop personalized treatment plans to address the needs unique to each patient. This includes medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, or a combination of these. My goal is to support patients in achieving their best possible mental health outcomes.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My clients can expect a comprehensive and personalized approach to their mental health from each sessions. Clients will receive thorough assessments, individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and psychotherapy, and ongoing support tailored to their unique needs. They will gain a deeper understanding of their mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and tools to improve their overall well-being.
