About Dr. Christie Stawicki
Dr. Christie Stawicki is thrilled to be joining Brucato Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to obtaining her medical degree at Temple School of Podiatric Medicine, she served as a research fellow for the President of the Rothman Institute and published multiple research papers, and book chapters pertaining to Orthopedic Spine surgery and trauma. She was awarded the Dr. Stanley Graduation Award of Clinical Excellence, the Mirmiran Family Scholarship, and was nominated as Student of the Year for the Temple University Class of 2022. She went on to complete her surgical training at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, a Level 1 trauma center, where she served as academic chief resident. Her surgical training focused on Foot and Ankle trauma, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, minimally invasive surgery, and limb salvage. She was the recipient of the Rutgers University Intern of the month, has held various leadership and volunteer positions for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, and served as a medical team volunteer at the Boston Marathon. She has completed multiple advanced educational courses focusing on external fixation, ankle arthroscopy, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. She has developed a strong passion for patient advocacy and is eager to provide podiatric care to the North Jersey region. In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, Jiu Jitsu, Peloton, theatre, and spending time with her family.

Highly recommend Dr. Stawicki! She is a great listener, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable.
