Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Sometimes the hardest part of getting help is knowing where to start. Maybe you've been feeling overwhelmed, struggling to focus, worrying more than usual, or noticing changes in yourself or your child that you just can't quite explain. Maybe you've been putting off making an appointment because you aren't sure what to expect. Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're taking that first step. I'm Christina Bellisario, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of EndlessWell, A Behavioral Health Practice, right here in Flowood, Mississippi. I offer in-person psychiatric care in Flowood, as well as telehealth appointments when appropriate. I see children ages 6 and older, teenagers, and adults for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD evaluations and testing, and supportive psychotherapy. I created EndlessWell because I wanted a space where people could come as they are, talk openly about what's going on, and feel comfortable asking questions. You don't have to know exactly what's wrong, have the right words, or walk in with everything figured out. That's what we're here to work through. Whether we're exploring ADHD, addressing anxiety or depression, or finding a medication approach that makes sense for you, I want you to understand the why behind your care, not just leave with a prescription or another appointment. And if you're a parent trying to find answers for your child, I know how important it is to have someone who listens to your concerns and takes the time to look at the whole picture. At EndlessWell, you'll find a welcoming place to talk, ask questions, and figure out what comes next. I'd love the opportunity to meet you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

First, you can relax a little. You don't need to prepare a speech, know your diagnosis, or worry about saying the wrong thing. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want help with. Others sit down and say, "I don't even know where to begin." Both are perfectly okay. I like to have real conversations with my patients. I'll ask questions, but I also want to hear what's important to you. What has been difficult lately? What have you already tried? What are you hoping will change? I'm not here to rush you into a diagnosis or tell you that medication is the answer to everything. Sometimes medication is helpful, sometimes we need more information, and sometimes the best next step involves other kinds of support. We'll talk through those options together. I also love being able to see patients in person at my Flowood office. There's something meaningful about sitting down face-to-face, getting to know each other, and building that connection over time. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. You can ask questions, share concerns, and tell me when something isn't working. Your voice matters here.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first visit is really about getting to know you and understanding what has been going on. We'll talk about what brought you in, how long you've been experiencing certain symptoms, and how they're affecting things like school, work, relationships, sleep, or everyday life. I'll also ask about your health history, previous treatments, and anything else that might help us put the pieces together. You don't have to remember every detail or tell your entire story perfectly. We'll work through it. If you're coming in for an ADHD evaluation, we'll take a closer look at your symptoms, history, and how attention or other difficulties are affecting your life. When appropriate, I also use computerized attention testing as part of a more comprehensive evaluation. My goal is to understand what's happening rather than jump to conclusions based on one symptom or test. After we've talked through everything, I'll explain what I'm thinking, answer your questions, and discuss possible next steps. That may include medication, additional testing, supportive therapy, or other recommendations depending on your needs. For ongoing care, we'll check in on how you're doing, what's improving, what isn't, and whether anything needs to change. I want you to leave knowing we have a direction and that you have a say in where we go from here.
