Never contacted me and never got to go to my appointment
Video visit
I feel I am not being taken seriously. I scheduled an appointment and seen this provider was in my network. An hour before the appointment I got a call saying they are not in my network and said they would find me someone who is. Okay.. this was annoying and a waste of my time but it gets worst they called me days later (took longer than it should have) and I couldnt answer the phone. When I tried calling back it takes me to a robotic automated service line and I couldnt find a way to contact them back. They did not send me an email, text, or attempt to call again. I have a VERY SERIOUS issue and need treatment right away. My life is potentially on the line and they seem not to care. STAY AWAY.
