Marriage and Family Therapist
FL
Let's be honest here—if you're looking at therapists, things in your life may not be going so great. Maybe it's been a problem for a long time and you're finally fed up, or maybe something happened recently and you're not sure what to do next. Either way, good job taking the first step. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you don't need to know exactly what to say. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, talk honestly, and start making sense of what's going on. We'll work together to figure out what you need and what might help. I'm not here to tell you how you should live your life. I'm here to listen, help you understand yourself a little better, and support you in finding a way forward that feels right for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but getting started doesn't have to be complicated. Reach out to schedule an appointment, and we'll take it from there. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to work on, and how I can best support you. I offer online therapy for children, teens, and adults, so you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own space.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe therapy works best when we work together as a team. We'll start by talking about what's bringing you to therapy and what you'd like to be different. From there, we'll figure out what works for you, identify goals that feel meaningful, and work at a pace that feels comfortable. My approach is collaborative and flexible because everyone's experiences and needs are different. I offer online therapy for children, teens, and adults.
