Very good first appointment over zoom. I feel hopeful.

This person never saw me or even send a link for Telehealth. I tried to call the number provided and was put on hold for 15 mins before I decided to hang up.

I booked through Zocdoc, confirmed, and uploaded my insurance. On the day of the appointment, I received a text saying I needed to call to confirm — something never mentioned anywhere. No one from the office contacted me beforehand. When I called, the receptionist asked what I was looking for, then told me they don’t handle that and vaguely explained I’d need an intake, hours of testing, and a follow-up before anything else. None of this was disclosed on the provider’s profile. It felt like they were trying to funnel me into a pointless process. The lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating and honestly insulting. I left the call more stressed than before — ironic, considering this is a mental health office. I’ll be checking with my insurance to make sure I wasn’t billed. Would not trust this office to diagnose anyone, even if they spent the entire day trying.

Very knowledgeable and spoke really clearly to my understanding. The process was seamless and she really helped me understand myself more.

I had to rearrange my entire day to make this appointment. Nevertheless, the time of appointment came and I didn't receive her telehealth link. I managed to obtain the link myself, but she didnt even join the session.\ I waited more than an hour!! I now notice that she basically has availability at almost all times on zocdoc... this is clearly a bait and switch. They clearly don't care about how it impacts patients.

I didn’t need a neuropsychologist appointment only an appointment for a counselor. I better not be charged for this. This was your agency’s fault

Very professional and made sure we had our technical issues handled prior to the appointment. She also kept me on track to stay in the appointment time!
Verified patientVideo visit
She never sent the link. Despite me confirming.
Verified patientVideo visit
Bait and switch. The Zocdoc profile was inaccurate. Asking for help is hard enough. The medical practitioner I researched and chose was not at all who would be treating me. I was set up and was only offered a Social Worker! If I wanted a CSW, I would have requested one! Also, why do you keep listing my appointment for 10:00pm? A bit too much AI?
Verified patientVideo visit
There were some bad reviews on Google but my experience was good. I got my son evaluated at their office. The school recommendations were great!
