I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over eleven years of experience delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a variety of settings. These include performance sports nutrition, functional and integrative nutrition in health and wellness, inpatient chronic care, and outpatient medical nutrition therapy. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a focus on Sports Nutrition and my Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I am also a two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier in the Marathon. I compete at an elite level in several distances, with my specialty being the marathon and half marathon.
