“It was such a pleasant visit. The office was very clean & pretty. The assistant was very attentive and engaged. The NP Aishwarya was so great! She was very knowledgeable & very nurturing to my issue & she guided me throughout the whole exam to ensure i felt comfortable. Dr Chen provided me with solutions and answered all my questions. I wasn’t dismissed as i was with another specialist. This is why my visit at this practice was appreciative as my all concerns were addressed. Moral of my story is get a second opinion because you’ll probably be more satisfied with another specialist ”

About Dr. Christine Chen
Dr. Christine Chen received her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. During medical school, she was recognized for her compassionate patient care and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Chen then completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in NYC. She was the first author for multiple abstracts which were presented at national conferences.
Following residency, she then completed gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Florida. Dr. Chen served as chief gastroenterology fellow in her last year of training, selected based on her reliability, hard-working work ethic, and communication skills. She is interested in the entire breadth of general gastroenterology and preventive care such as colon cancer screening. Dr. Chen carefully listens to each patient’s needs and concerns in order to cultivate a strong patient-provider relationship and to recommend an individualized management approach. She values collaboration with patients so that they can be proactive with their own health. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association.

Dr Chen was wonderfully thorough and kind throughout the appointment. With the rise of colon cancer in young people it can be incredibly scary when symptoms arise but she was understanding and supportive of my concerns. She took the time to explain what was the likely cause and offered solutions without dismissing my fears. I felt more at ease after my appointment and I’m grateful that I’ll be having a colonoscopy with Dr Chen to ensure that everything is fine.

Dr. Chen was amazing! Competent, thorough, and has the best bed side manner I've ever seen in a doctor. She took the time and listened to everything i had to say and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed like you do in so many other doctor's offices. She explained everything she was doing during the exam as well as next steps. I can't recommend her enough!!

The doctor is great, however the equipment was not working properly. Two of the heart monitor machines were broken during my visit. The assistant did not have my results from 3 months ago and had to retrieve them during my visit. I didn’t feel that the office cared enough for me and their patients. I could have been sick and the doctor’s office would not have known. Get some rest and please be awake to help your patients. Thank you!
