As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, I am trained to utilize medication management to treat mental health disorders in a supportive and compassionate environment. I work with individuals to identify safe and appropriate approaches that align with their preferences and goals of treatment. I believe in transparent communication and collaboration so that every patient feels heard and empowered.
What should a new client know about working with you?
After working with many different populations, I have come to adopt a comprehensive, patient focused, and evidence-based treatment approach rooted in interdisciplinary care. I believe this holistic and multi-modal framework is particularly well suited for helping patients achieve diverse health goals.
Please note: I have a 48 hour cancellation policy which is applicable to new patient appointments and follow ups; outlined in intake documents.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide comprehensive evaluations and collaborative treatment planning for every new patient, with an eye toward integrating psychotherapy and pharmacologic modalities as appropriate.

Christine was fantastic - my doctor who'd prescribed my meds for the last 24 years became unreachable, and I was overwhelmed finding someone new. She listened, understood, and was able to prescribe the same medicines I'd been on for decades, putting my mind at ease. She also called *right* at the scheduled time, which I really appreciated!

She has been a wonderful psychiatrist for me. She listened to me throughout every need and concern, helping me address issues that many of my past psychiatrists have ignored. My impressions from my first appointment is that she has really well rounded, up to date, we’ll informed approach. She’s an active attentive listener and is not shy about offering supportive therapy along with medication management. I would not recommend this provider because she cannot prescribe common medications for ADHD and the scripts she wrote were rejected by my insurance, which requires a 90-day supply. She did not disclose her Rx limitation until the final minutes of our session. I was fooled by BCBS, ZocDoc and Headway.co -- every directory that lists this NP for medication management. I was required to create accounts and supply PCI on multiple apps -- all of that effort and disclosure was a waste. A pleasant personality is not enough if the provider cannot provide. I have run out of an anti-depressant known for its nasty withdrawal symptoms. I will be scrambling on Monday to get an appointment with an MD psychopharmacologist. I won't bother trying to find in-network because they don't exist.

Christine was simply amazing. It was a remote appt. and the meeting itself and prior intake documentation was extremely simple to set up. As someone who has worked with other psychiatrists, I often feel they are only half listening and unwilling to explore new options. Christine was a fresh of breath air - she listened well, asked thoughtful and valuable questions, and explored alternatives. I’m so happy with my appointment and will continue to meet with her for a long time.

Nice doctor. She was efficient and took a detailed history. Wait time was extensive. They seemed disorganised on the day I visited. They asked for my insurance card at least three times, I had also emailed it the day before as they requested. And they didn’t have it. I had filled out forms online ahead of time but they didn’t have it on file so I had to do it again. Maybe was a busy day? But wasn’t the best experience.
