I'm a diabetic with an ingrown toenail which she refused to cut out with a unique explanation as to why she'srefusing to do it. the doctor and the staff were extremely friendly . I came in pain and I'm left in pain. The doctor refused to cut my toenails even though I'm a diabetic because she says it's not a covered service. When I called United healthcare after my appointment they told me it is fully covered since I am a diabetic.

I first saw Dr. Ellie in fall 2017 for severe foot pain. She quickly evaluated and treated my problem and theissue resolved as she predicted. A year later I was having different pain and saw a different doctor as I was unable to locate Dr. Ellie's new office. The second doctor was not as compassionate, did not offer orthotics and the problem continued. I was so happy when I searched again and found Dr. Ellie's new offices! She remembered me and again correctly assessed the issue and I am on the road to recovery!

Dr. Ellie slept through her alarm and was an hour late. She did not seem particularly professional.

Dr. Ellie is very knowledgable about her practice. She made me feel comfortable right away and, merely a few hours later, I am no longer in pain. I look forward to seeing her again next week for a follow up visitand I'm glad to know that I now have an excellent podiatrist for my variety of minor but annoying foot pain.

She was a bit frenetic/harried. Friendly. Not much inquisition or a holistic consideration on the injury (risk factors not documented in intake papers, etc).

Dr. Ellie is fantastic. I had a tough case and she paid a lot of personal attention to both myself and my injury. She took extensive background history and was able to diagnose and treat an uncommon bacteria, as well asthoroughly explain the treatment process. She also followed up and was able to make time in her schedule to see me. I highly recommend her.

I really liked her when I went to her, but then she kept canceling appointments last minute and then stopped working with the practice altogether. It would have been nice if she reached out to me personally because when you trustsomeone to start you on an experimental treatment, you want to see it through with them.

She barely looked at my feet, spent 3 minutes max and said to soak them daily. This isn't a new injury as it's something I have had for 10 years and requires more than foot soaking. There was no action taken or follow up. Total waste of time!

Dr. Kudla did not arrive to the office until 1.5 hours AFTER my appointment was supposed to take place. Further, when she finally arrived she offered no explanation or apology. I found her bedside manner to be awkward and scattered, andshe kept going in and out of the room, taking about 15 minutes each time. All in all, my appointment lasted over 3 hours and I was only there for a basic consultation. I will never return.
