I’m a licensed psychologist who supports adolescents, college students, and adults through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, big transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is active and collaborative. We’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way, clarify what matters most to you, and build skills you can start using right away. I draw from CBT and ACT, blending curiosity and compassion with practical, research-based tools—like mindfulness practices, cognitive reframing, behavior change, boundary work, and self-compassion skills—so you leave each session with something you can take into your daily life. I deeply value creating meaningful connections, teaching evidence-based strategies, and coaching clients toward greater well-being and authentic, purposeful lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll set clear goals and adjust them as we go, making space for both progress and self-kindness. You are the expert on you; my role is to bring evidence-based guidance and steady support. Whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking to improve your overall well-being, advocating for a neurodivergent student, or navigating complex life demands, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
