About Dr. Christine Koch

Dr. Koch was introduced to Chiropractic while in Nursing school. Her mother, a massage therapist, took her to see a Chiropractor for back pain. The pain brought her there, but it was then that she embraced preventative, wholistic health care and the vital role of the spine and nervous system in true health. After 30 years of practice, Dr. Koch has gained extensive expertise in her field. Through her warm bedside manner, she is passionate about sharing it to help her patients live a healthier life. In today’s modern world of internet, she is proficient in treating and preventing the widespread “tech neck” syndrome. Dr. Koch is a long time resident of the upper east side of Manhattan. For leisure she enjoys spending time with her family, her Chiropractic classmates, biking in Central Park, Broadway shows, nutrition and fitness. She is a sports enthusiast and was very fortunate to attend the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Education: B.S. in Biology/Chemistry M.S. Human Nutrition, with honors D.C. Doctor of Chiropractic, cum laude

Great! The chiropractor was nice and explained carefully on any joint pains that I was having & how to take care of it. Dr. Christine also released other tight areas of my body and massaged a bit too. I felt relaxed and less tight afterwards. I definitely recommend doing a chiro session at least once.
