Dr. Christine Lewis is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a minor equivalent in Communication Sciences and her Master of Speech Pathology from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Lewis completed her Clinical Science Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Her research has focused on speech sound disorders, particularly the Multiple Oppositions Approach. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of disorders, including feeding and swallowing disorders, language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI), autism, fluency and stuttering, pragmatic difficulties, and adult cognitive disorders. Currently based in Columbia, SC, Dr. Lewis combines her passion for helping others with her enthusiasm and broad experience serving both pediatric and adult populations across various settings. She is an active member of SCSHA, ASHA, and NBASLH, and is a sought-after speaker and presenter at state and national levels. Dr. Lewis enjoys teaching, collaborating with colleagues, singing, and spending time with her husband and two children.
