About Christine Martin
Christine Martin is a board-certified physician assistant licensed to practice in Virginia. She graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and a minor in Spanish. She then earned her Master of Science in Health Sciences from George Washington University’s PA program in Washington, D.C. Christine is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates.
As a provider, Christine strives to empower patients through education and individualized care. She invites her patients to be active participants in their treatment plans, understanding that medical care is most effective when providers and patients work as a team. She is excited to bring this patient-centered philosophy to her work at Greater Washington Arthritis, Rheumatology, and Osteoporosis Center.
Outside of the office, Christine enjoys traveling the globe, hosting game nights, and spending time with her Goldendoodle, Cooper.

The office was small but neat and organized. The ladies were friendly and helpful which was great because I was not on my adulting game! I was a few minutes late because of traffic and going to the wrong building (100% my fault for not looking at building numbers) and no one chided me or gave me a hard time, just immediately checked me in and got me seen. The PA I saw was efficient, friendly and understanding. I appreciate the approach she took with my ailments. I will be back for follow ups.

This was my first time using the app as well as finding a provider. I am beyond blown away!!!!! Christine PA-C was amazing and fantastic. She showed great empathy, knowledge of my diagnosis and great understanding. She was able to view my lab work done somewhere else and I felt like she listened, inquired and spoke with kindness. She gave me time to ask questions and had a plan for my next appointments. I am beyond pleased with my first appointment. For the first time in a while I feel listened too and validated.
I will definitely return to this office because of her.
Other notable staff on that day was Able ( the male tech) and the phlebotomist. They were kind, and very friendly.

Dr. Martin was excellent! She listened intently as we had an interchange back and forth of my issues. She was extremely sympathetic. Never before have I had a doctor and I've had many, that truly showed empathy and care the way she did. I highly recommend her.

My experience was very good, I got to see the physician ( Dr Monchie) I made the original appointment with. Meeting Christine PA, at the start of my appointment was an extra bonus, she's wonderful, a good listener and answers your questions without hesitation. Dr Monchie is one of a kind, he's caring, an excellent listener, He EXPLAINS everything, and answers all of my questions! He knows his stuff!!! I'm am blessed to have the team!
