As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and personalized treatment planning for adolescents and adults. I work with patients 11 and older and treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, sleep disturbances, and mood disorders. What makes my approach unique is my 10-year background in family medicine, women’s health, and psychiatry. I am dual certified as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, which allows me to bring a broader perspective to mental health care and recognize the important connection between physical and emotional well-being. Mental health is influenced by many factors, including overall health, sleep, hormones, stress, relationships, and life circumstances. By considering the whole person, I am able to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs. I am proud to provide an inclusive environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel welcome, respected, and supported. Every person brings a unique story, set of strengths, and goals, and I believe care should reflect that. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, and discovering new cities and cultures. These adventures remind me of the importance of growth, connection, and embracing life’s journey — values I bring into my work with patients every day.

I value open communication and believe treatment works best when we work together toward meaningful, sustainable improvement.
