Chris H has a wonderful ethic of care, and I always feel supported in a real, human way. He listens closely, remembers important details, and follows up in ways that make me feel valued. He is curious and collaborative rather than prescriptive, and he helps me explore ideas with nuance and care.

First, the check-in process was simple- so simple, in fact, that I thought I had made a mistake. It was my first time meeting with my Clinician, Chris. Naturally, I was nervous, but his professionalism and ethic of care were exceptional. He took the time to explain our first meeting thoroughly and made sure I understood the process and expectations. Our conversation was good, and I was able to loosen up early on. I have a follow-up appointment, and I am not as nervous as I was initially.
Also, the front staff at the check-in desk were hilarious! It lightened up the space, in my opinion.

Chris is awesome! He is very sensitive to life/cultural factors that contribute to mental health, and I have had no issue getting help when working with him. Sol overall is easy to work with, and they do their best to address needs like moving appointments, getting medications on time etc when you call them
