“It was an annual wellness visit. I did most of the explaining to my doctor. He seemed to understand and agreed with my assessment of my health. No complaints at all with my physician, but the mandatory agreement that I had to fill out with Orlando Health was excessive and unwarranted for an annual wellness visit. Y'all are way too intrusive and while I trust Dr. Brouillette, I don't trust Orlando Health at all. Socialized medicine for all NOW!”

Hey, you can update your phone system so we can call the doctor Direct. It is very difficult getting through your call center. I'm trying to get information directly from my health care provider. It is probably the worst of any Dr. Organization. I've dealt with.

Sending a financial rep to discuss payment when I was in extreme pain was a totally classless act and I dismissed him from my room. As you can tell, I am still thinking about it. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I have excellent insurance, it's not like you weren't going to be paid. There is a time and place for everything, but that wasn't the time.
