I have a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University. With experience in medical and psychiatric disorders, I've worked in inpatient hospitals and outpatient clinical settings. I provide integrative care for mood, anxiety, and sleep disorders, using evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. I'm empathetic and understanding, especially with underserved communities. My goal is to alleviate stress and change the perception of mental health care. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, cooking, and exploring different cultures through food. I spend time with loved ones, playing games, going to the beach, and walking trails. My coworkers describe me as funny, kind, and supportive, creating a comfortable work environment. Mental health care is my passion, and I strive to make a positive impact on society.
