About Christopher Thompson

Christopher Thompson is a certified physician assistant who specializes in both medical and surgical dermatology. He received a Master of Science in medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University and has been practicing since 2004. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Chris is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of all dermatologic disorders, including skin cancer. He emphasizes the importance of annual total body skin cancer screenings and strives to treat his patients as he would want to be treated. Throughout his career, Chris has trained residents, medical assistants and physician assistants and has also given numerous lectures on dermatological procedures and therapeutics. He is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatological Physician Assistants and the South Carolina Society of Dermatological Physician Assistants. Chris enjoys spending his free time with his family, listening to music, cooking and exercising. He is also bilingual and is fluent in Spanish.

The medical provider was great. I think the issue was zocdoc. Uploaded the insurance card prior to arriving. Counter staff didn't get the upload. Little frustrated, made me think where did that upload of my insurance go, if Zocdoc didn't transfer it to the actual medical provider??
