Getting to know Christopher Tundo

My goal is to provide patients with thorough evaluation and treatment in an expedited, cost-effective manner. Patients can expect to schedule an appointment within 4 weeks and have follow-up appointments in the evening or on Saturdays.
Christopher holds a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Drexel University, a Master's in Nursing from Waynesburg University, and both an Associate's and a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Patients can expect to receive an initial consultation within 4 weeks. The first appointment will be about an hour and follow-up appointments are about thirty minutes. I provide patients a comprehensive evaluation and recommend different medication treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Afterwards, I let the patient decide on which medication to try. In addition, I am highly responsive to emails and portal messages should a client need to contact me in between appointments.
I offer enormous appointment flexibility. Patients can schedule appointments in the evening and some Saturdays. Patients will have their own patient portal account and be able to communicate with me and schedule appointments. My goal is to make working together as convenient as possible.
What is your typical process for working with clients?

His website lists the first initial appt as 60 min long. The first long appt (usually 60-90min other places) is supposed gather all new patients info. Here my appt was only NINE MINUTES!! (Look at his fee to see how much an initial appt is, to be seen for 9 min) Beginning of appt Chris was rocking very hard in his chair I very politely asked him "can you please stop rocking?" It was making me anxious he said "No! Thats not appropriate to ask!" That obviously upset him a lot & set the tone. I told him I stopped taking a medicine after 3 years because it stopped working he said "I think you wasted my time & made me come here on a Saturday for nothing!" (He had a Saturday opening listed i didnt make a special request for it) he was very rude the whole time. He asked me about 4 questions, gave me a few sample pills & scheduled my next appt. I said "is that it? the appt is over?" He said "yes, i read your paperwork." I was extremely extremely disappointed & dissatisfied by Chris.
