Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, or simply trying to navigate a difficult season, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and feel more in control of your mental health. Together, we’ll look at what’s getting in the way of your well-being and develop an evidence-based plan aligned with your goals. While medication management is a core part of my practice, it’s never the only piece. I also strongly emphasize patient education and the practical application of lifestyle medicine to ensure you are living the best life possible. Background I bring 14 years of nursing experience to my practice, including a diverse background in emergency medicine, acute psychiatric care, community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, and private practice. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University. My time working extensively in high-stress environments, including the Emergency Room as a travel nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, has given me a deep, empathetic understanding of human resilience and the profound impact of stress and trauma. These experiences have collectively shown me that real progress happens when people feel understood, valued, and empowered to make change at their own pace. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I am currently providing services via telehealth to patients in the state of Florida.
