What should a new client know about working with you?

Christopher emphasizes that medications are a valuable tool within a comprehensive, multifaceted, and holistic treatment plan—not a one-size-fits-all solution. He takes the time to educate his patients, helping them understand their treatment options and make informed decisions. His prescribing philosophy reflects his belief that real progress often comes from addressing the root causes of emotional distress and integrating evidence-based therapies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with an initial session focused on understanding your unique history, concerns, and goals. This includes a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, where we discuss your mental health, physical health, lifestyle, technology use, and life experiences to develop a clear picture of your needs. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy referrals, or lifestyle changes. Follow-up sessions are collaborative, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and focusing on empowering you with tools and strategies to improve your well-being. While I do not practice talk therapy directly, I work closely with therapists to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
