What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I am passionate about being a healthcare provider because I feel that working in healthcare is not just a career, it is a commitment to working with people and their health, which is such an integral part of their well-being.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider oversees a patient’s overall health, which inherently includes both physical and behavioral health. The two cannot be separated; one will always influence the other and vice versa. A provider walks alongside their patients in their journey toward optimal health.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have an MSN from California State University of Fullerton and an FNP from the University of California, Irvine. I also graduated as Student of the Year. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family going hiking, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
