I am passionate about helping people with different problems or concerns. It brings me joy when there is improvement because of something I helped with.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Primary care should be the place where a patient can get the care they need quickly and effectively. It should reduce urgent care and emergency room visits if possible.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a mom of a busy teen who I love spending all my time with doing what she loves-volleyball. I also love to cook and be home with my family.

something went haywire between circle medical and sending prescription into walgreens pharmacy that is in my medical records. circle medical records show Heidi sent it in twice but walgreens claims they never received the prescription. Heidi Galindo sent it in over 3 weeks ago and then again on Feb 3, 2025. the walgreens is on market street in Jacinto city, texas. I am very unhappy with the experience due to a breakdown in communication between circle medical/zocdoc and my walgreens. i am still waiting on my antibiotic
