About Cielo Velandia-Kellner
Cielo Velandia Kellner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University with magna cum laude honors. As a nurse, Cielo worked for nearly four years in the field of Dermatology. She then went on to earn her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University. She completed a postgraduate Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship program where she cared for the underserved, predominantly Spanish-speaking patient population at Esperanza Health Centers in Chicago. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.
Cielo strives to provide compassionate and evidence-based care to all her patients. Cielo has developed a lifelong commitment for treating all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. She is fluent in Spanish and has a particular interest in caring for a diverse patient population across the lifespan.

It was my first time visiting as it was near my office and I really needed to see someone prior to the weekend. They were the only nearby office that had appointments available for today. There was no wait time and the doctor was very thorough and professional.
