“Dr. Li was fabulous. I went in because a birthmark I've had for as long as I remember recently developed some texture and color. She took a look and told me it was not cancer. She showed me what cancer would look like and put me at ease. She also offered a biopsy if I wanted the peace of mind but wasn't pushy as she didn't think there was anything I needed to worry about.
Will definitely be coming back in the future for any skin related concerns. ”

There was confusion with my booking, having chosen one day but to be told its actually for another day, due to the scheduling/location arrangements.
The doctor was lovely and friendly, but the appointment was very rushed.
Each time I tried to talk, I was talked over and rushed through my treatment options.
Seemed more concerned with a product sales rep that was there to see her, than my appointment.

I did not feel that Dr. Li checked me thoroughly. I have had many skin checks over the years and this was the quickest one I’ve ever received. It felt like she barely looked at me and only took about 2 minutes.

I went for a check-up and have a family history of skin cancer, saw the Dr. for 30 seconds and felt like I wasn't given the attention or thoroughly checked.

The waiting area is a bit tight—but, besides that, my experience was exceedingly positive overall. The receptionist was professional and courteous, and they honored my insurance coverage without issues. Dr. Li has such great communication skills, and she was able to take care of my situation quickly. She is a good listener, she explains things thoroughly, and she has great bedside manners. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Li and this office.

Spoke to me in a condescending way with healthy eating tips and made a comment about my BMI-- I was not weighed so not sure if that was in my chart or why she felt it was necessary to bring up in regards to my skin condition (which is chronic and not a new concern) I have been to this doctors office for several years and never had a problem with other doctors but I will be finding a new office after that experience

She was very knowledgeable, but I would have liked for her to listen more intently when I was asking questions. She was reactively answering parts of my questions before I could even finish asking them, and I found that we just talked over each other a bunch. The appointment ended a bit abruptly as well and with the speed at which she was moving, I didn’t even get to ask the majority of the questions I had. I don’t feel that I got the information I went for because she simply moved too quickly through the appointment.

Great doctor! Took the time to really explain and walk through my condition, something multiple doctors in past year have not done. So glad I found her! Office staff extremely pleasant!

The doctor was very sweet and nice, extremely intelligent but also in a rush. She never looked at my issue and immediately went into prescribing some pills. I tried to ask questions and show her my issue but she insisted on me taking the pills, offered no other solution and then left. The entire appointment lasted 2 minutes and she was out the door.
