Claire Hooker is a compassionate Physician Assistant committed to providing exceptional care to every patient. After graduating from the University of California, Davis, Claire completed her graduate medical studies at Franklin Pierce University at Goodyear, earning a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. With a strong foundation in both medical knowledge and interpersonal skills, Claire believes in treating the whole person -- understanding that health is not just about addressing physical symptoms, but also about supporting emotional well-being and making sure patients feel heard and valued.

I was seen right away and the visit went well.
I was able to take care of my bloodwork right after my scheduled appointment. Rather than having to schedule a second appointment.
My follow up to go over results will be over zoom, saving me another trip to the clinic.

I love this office! Everybody was so nice Including Claire! I felt heard and all my questions were answered. I was a bit nervous going to my appointment but once I talked to Claire, I felt comfortable & at home. I would recommend this provider and their office! You will not regret it!

I was there for ear wax cleaning. Great experience, friendly staff, and almost no wait time! Claire and her assistant (Elena?) were extremely professional, curious, and very helpful! Answered my questions and completed the cleanup process successfully and thoroughly. Highly recommend Clair and her clinic.

The office staff was friendly and answered the questions I had. I was immediately reassigned another room when I let them know I was allergic to the citrus spray they used. Clara was an excellent practitioner, was very warm and kind, listened to my symptoms, suggested different treatment options and a follow up care plan. I am switching to her as my Primary Care Practitioner and will recommend her to my family and friends. This visit was a pleasant surprise.

I highly recommend Claire. During my annual physical she took her time to understand my medical history and answer all my questions. She also engaged in friendly conversation and made me feel very comfortable. The staff and the front desk were also polite and organized. This is a great practice.

Office staff were very understanding and PA and MA were patient with all my questions, willing to answer and clarify all answers, and never rushed or ignored me if I had questions or concerns. I haven't booked a medical appointment in about a decade after bad experiences with other providers, and I'm happy to say this provider is excellent and has dispelled all my concerns about having regular check ups and proactively seeking out medical care
