Getting to know Claire Kraft

There is no one way to live a happy and healthy life. My goal is to provide compassionate and open-minded support as my clients dig deeper into the work of change to overcome obstacles, pursue growth, and own their uniqueness. Working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who have experienced or are experiencing trauma, I see the therapeutic relationship as a beautiful space for learning. In addition to trauma, I work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and gender and sexual identity exploration. As your therapist, I would be honored to partner with you and help you learn how to weather the storms of life by building a safe refuge within yourself. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University – Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s degree from New York University.
