Hello! I provide telehealth services in the role of a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive work experience in outpatient settings. Most of my career has been spent addressing patients' mental health needs. I enjoy working with all age groups and prefer 18+ years of age and older for managing Anxiety, Depression, mood disorders, and trauma, and providing psychoeducation and evaluation. I’ve worked in healthcare for the past two decades and managed patients during mental health crises, relapse in treatment, and while medically managing stable clients. I am a non-judgmental avid listener with motivational interviewing skills and client-focused therapies. My gifts are empowering, supporting, and mentoring and I also value equity, diversity, and inclusion. I look forward to supporting clients and working together to achieve treatment goals.
