About Claribell Anyikam
My goal is to partner with patients in their health and to educate and empower them to take control of and make the best decisions for their health. I firmly believe that mental and physical wellness are intertwined, so my approach will typically address both in order to achieve overall well-being.
How I stay healthy and happy
I'm a lover of health and fitness and have participated in full marathons and several long distance races in Georgia, California, and Texas. I live for creating special memories with my family and friends! Lastly, reading/listening to a good book and hiking in nature are additional ways in which I recharge my spirit.
