I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through secure and convenient telehealth services. With a background in both psychiatry and primary care, I offer a comprehensive, holistic approach to mental health treatment across the lifespan.
My clinical experience spans treating young adults, adults, and older adults with a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and trauma-related disorders. I specialize in medication management and supportive therapy, delivered in a culturally sensitive and client-centered manner.
My telepsychiatry practice is built on the principles of accessibility, trust, and individualized care. I believe in meeting clients where they are—both emotionally and geographically. Virtual visits allow me to provide high-quality mental health care in a flexible and confidential environment, removing common barriers such as travel time, stigma, or limited local resources.
