Everyone I spoke to and came in contact with at the office was amazing. The front desk girls, the MA, the Dr and even the office manager were all so polite. Also very clean office and wonderful music in waiting room. They got me in the same day for an issue that I was very concerned about, they made me feel very cared for and it was my first time there. I would 100% recommend anybody to this office.

I would have liked the nurse that first spoke with me to have shared my concerns and reasons for coming in today with the doctor. I had three concerns but only one was discussed.

Previously, I ranked this doctor 5 stars. This time I felt totally ignored. She didn't show concern for my health. When I told her I was here for a physical, she checked my ears for wax, my throat quickly and said she wanted to do a skin test then only checked my back and told me there was no need for anything else. She is good for small stuff, and I thought she was good for at least a physical..guess not. I think she took the view that if u r not sick, there is no need for her to spend time on you. I thought a check up means prevention, which it appeared today, she didn't believe in. Dr. V. is always pleasant, but I didn't even get direct answers to questions today. This was a big surprise and disappointment. I was a regular patient.
