Hi, I’m Claudia, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I help adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, I use medications or evidence-based therapy skills to help clients process past experiences, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical coping skills.
