late & disorganized both times we met. She was late to the appointment, and during our session she took multiple phone calls, which was very distracting and concerning since I could hear details about other patients. I also felt she was dismissive and did not take the time to really listen to my concerns. Overall, I left the appointment feeling unheard and uneasy, and I would not return. I almost wanted to consider reporting.

She’s the best. Every appointment my toddler tries to talk over us, Dr. Pauline is very patient and understanding. Also great at moving appointments earlier when she can! Highly recommend.

I’m not good with opening up to people when it comes to my personal life but she made it very easy and comfort for me to speak on what’s been bothering me. Although I’m depressed majority of the time she made sure to make me feel heard and understood. I recommend anyone to her and am confident she’ll have you feeling better then before the appointment

She did not care about me. I had an issue with refilling a prescription and, she said I would have to go through withdrawal without a heads up or warning. I have my first child on the way that is unplanned. I’m a 41 year-old first time father and she made me cry.
