“To begin with the way I was welcomed was excellent. As soon as i checked in it didn’t take up to 5mins and I was seen. The doctor listened to all my concerns and acknowledged them. I didn’t feel like she was rushing me through. I felt heard and seen. And she also talked to me like a person and not just one of her patient. I’m definitely going back for my follow up. ”

I felt truly listened to and supported. Dr. Okie was welcoming which helped ease my anxiety. She took her time to understand what I was going through without judgment and helped me explore my feelings. Leaving the appointment, I felt lighter and more hopeful.

I was seen right at the time I was scheduled. Ms Okie showed great understanding of my problems and worked out a plan to address them. I was very satisfied with my consultation. She answered all my questions and helped me understand what I am going through. I am very hopeful that with her plan I will get better.

My visit was excellent. Quick with no delay. The environment was relaxing, the Practitional was so freindly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my appoinment was successful. I will recommend this practitional to patients for her deligent, dedicated, empathy and compassionate care towards her client.
