Getting to know Dr. Cleopatra Enakhena
Are you an individual needing treatment for a mental health disorder? Then you are in the right place. I serve a large population of individuals with mental health needs. I am very passionate about providing the best care, including participating in the development of a safe and healthy environment that is people-friendly and free of stigma. I am compassionate, caring, empathetic, and a good listener. My goal is to continue utilizing my advanced skills to improve mental health and wellness in society.
I believe every individual is unique, and that is why a huge part of my focus in treatment is patient-centered. I treat individuals with various mental health disorders, ranging from mild to severe, including those with psychotic disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and more. I am a strong believer in collaboration and integration of care when needed.
I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Walden University, which has equipped me with advanced knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive mental health care.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who got in the profession with a primary goal to provide genuine, effective, empathetic, and compassionate care to individuals seeking my care. During treatment, I utilize various approaches including individualized/person centered approach, motivational interviewing, and holistic treatment approach. I am a very active listener and will partner with the client during the entire length of treatment.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Initial/Intake Visit (60 min)
-Initial Psych Evaluation-During this time, clients are asked series of questions
-Integration of Biopsychosocial assessment which would include gathering complete medical history, family/social history, psychiatric history, and mental status exam
-Discussing result of patient health questionnaire
-Lab test/Gene sight requested if needed
-Diagnoses based on DSM-5
Follow up Visit and Medication Management (30 min)
-Checking Medication efficacy
-Continue eval, adjustment of medications, and other treatment regimen

Two times in a row I had an appointment with this lady and she never sent me a link for my appointment or anything so I missed both appointments. I read a few comments of people saying the same thing. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I absolutely do not recommend wasting your time with this lady.!!!
